"Overall, this is a great spot. You get charged a daily fee to use the facilities, but if you use them, money well spent. Two issues which must be addressed; 1. there is no luggage rack in the property (minor issue I know but for me the first time this has happened to me) and 2. The cleaning crew had not changed the A/C filter in quite some time and it was obvious. The luggage rack is not on the maintenance people so this message is for the owner. "The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

"We have stayed at this complex four times, probably all owned by different people. This particular unit was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the internet being out , but that was the internet company not the unit or the complex. I was able to speak with property management about the issue. The instructions I received prior to checking in were clear and concise. We will definitely be back."
