"Nia’s flat was a perfect spot to stay on our recent trip to London. Very accessible to multiple bus stops - just a quick ride to the O2 or Woolwich to get on the tube. Conveniently located with an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and a quick walk into Greenwich through the park. "I stayed here for 4 nights while attending an expo at the Excel Centre. Perfect location, maybe a 15-minute pleasant walk to the Elizabeth Line and then only one stop to Custom House for Excel. The apartment gave me plenty of space to chill out after a long day, watch TV etc. I dined out every evening, but should you wish everything you would need for home cooking was there with the oils, condiments and spices to support such efforts. "Property was OK. Although there were silverfish around, stepped on a few. Neither mop nor broom was provided for some quick mops and clean ups you would want to do. Door a bit hard to get into. Good stay anyways. We all slept well and were comfortable. 4 out of 5 stars."

"Noisy, ghetto, renovated garage that was made into a studio so there’s no soundproofing whatsoever, druggies hanging out just across the way, surrounded by estates .. the host was also rude and dismissive. The bed was ok though there was a clear dip on the left hand side which stopped it being good. Fridge is right next to the bed so could hear every time it made a noise. Advertises free wifi though no wifi box to speak of and I wasn’t about to ask the host where it was when he’d been so rude...

"The flat was tidy but not very clean in places especially the pull out bed which was damp, smelly and stained. One of the double bed was uncomfortable with a lumpy mattres. We only had enough bedding for two beds even though we booked for six people. Was a sleepless night had by all. Had no heating as couldn't get the boiler to work, had hot water but no heating. Would not stop here again. Landlord was easily contactable but was no help and didn't offer any compensation when informed him off the...

"As usual, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was functional, accessible, very accommodating, and clean. The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"
