Right on the river bank with lots of room for kids to play. Our room was large and bed comfortable. A couple of amenities missing on arrival (which was out of office hours) so a quick trip to the supermarket was required.

Great place to stay - quiet, friendly, clean, comfortabe bed, kitchen had everything you needed for a long stay. Would stay there again. Although I thought after a phone call we had the upstairs but there were changes in bookings and we were downstairs - still lovely though.

Unfortunately it was like staying in a kindergarten a couple of families just took over the two barbecue areas wine glasses were missing and coffee cups had not been cleaned properly and no soap we have stayed a few times before but this time was not good .

Thank you for staying with us at Moby Dick Yamba. We appreciate the feedback and apologise for the housekeeping oversights. We do provide liquid handwash soap and Liquid Body Wash, should you prefer a sachet of soap we do keep some on hand so feel free to enquire. We understand there was a large family group staying in some of the Units so we also apologise if this impeded on your stay. We would try and ensure that all guests have equal access to all facilities and would address any issues that may arise. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay and would hope that we have the opportunity to rectify this on your next visit to Yamba.

Nice walk into town. Great view of the river from our balcony. Room was spacious and clean. Was perfect for the weekend getaway. Got in late as organised and found instructions to get in very easy.

We loved staying at Moby Dick Resort. The river views, pelicans and boating activity made for a lovely outlook from our spacious, well appointed apartment. The bed was really comfortable. It was far and away the best place we stayed on a three week vacation.

Great 10 day stay
We were not sure of what to expect with our room because you just cannot trust photos but it was great. Large refurbished room, very clean, great view, fantastic areas to use such as the BBQ & grassed areas. So close within walking distance to most cafes & restaurants. Loved our stay. Will return.

Amazing location, close to everything & easy walk to Yamba town. Apartment big & very comfortable. Lovely outlook over the grounds & river frontage. Breakfast very satisfying, delicious & not expensive. Would definitely stay at Moby Dick Resort again.

Absolutely superb!!
Absolutey superb room, I couldn't have been happier. The spa was very much welcomed after a long day of driving, and the bed was really comfy. The waterfront view was lovely and I could have easily moved in! I had to turn the fridge off in the middle of the night as it was so noisy but this was a small issue and could have happened anywhere. I was so happy with this resort and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yamba.

They could do better...
the place is nice bed is comfy but service could do way better. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. They don't do daily cleaning - not acceptable nowadays that we still have Covid threat!! They have coffee machine but for our 3 days stay, we only got 2 capsules. So if you love your coffee make sure you bring your own... :(

We understand daily servicing may be preferable to some guests however generally well accepted as part of the booking conditions that rooms are not serviced daily. Rates for the longer stays are reduced accordingly with an overnight stay rate available should daily servicing be required. Every room is provided with a start up pack including tea, coffee , sugar, milk. We do provide a Pod coffee machine as a bonus with an initial supply of 2 pods. Pods are available for purchase from reception at a reasonable price - a pack of 10 for 7 or you are welcome to bring your favorite coffee pods with you. We appreciate your feedback.

Lovely views from rooms facing the river. Clean pool. Nice grounds, gardens, outdoor seating and outdoor areas including covered bbq. Comfortable beds (in King room), decent size smart TV. Spacious. Clean. Quiet (upstairs room 22). Nice lady at reception. Good communications for after hours check in.
