"Amazing as usual! Cette fois je suis venue pour un évènement moins heureux (rapatriement du corps de ma mère décédée) le personnel toujours au top! Carole à la réception reste la crème de la crème : très gentille et avenante, elle a constaté que mon profil Hilton Honors n'avait pas ete activé et y a remédié dès mon arrivée. Merci également a Cliff qui a su répondre à mes questions. L'équipe du petit-déjeuner toujours au top. Rahab toujours tres souriante et avenante, Ibrahim egalement. Sans oublier votre meilleur maitre nageur: Luc. J'oublie surment des noms mais tout le monde est toujours au top. Merci"

"This is our 4th stay in the last year at this luxurious apartment. One word that best describes our experiences at this incredible gated facility is “EXCEPTIONAL.” The rooms at Massou were modern and very spacious. The hotel overlooks a nature forest with green trees and a beautiful park. From the rooftop, you can enjoy sounds of nature while enjoying morning breakfast. It also has onsite 24/7 security. On arrival, we were received by the amazing help staff who served us fresh natural juices and assisted with our luggage. A highlight of our last trip this November, 2023 was to see many professional international soccer players at the facility. Customer service was great and to have laundry machines, in-room Air conditioners, free Wifi, steady electricity and water flow, a fully stocked kitchen with a gas cooker, fridge and microwave in a spacious 3 bedroom unit made our visit wonderful. I’ve stayed at many top hotels in Cameroon. Maison Massou in Bastos, Yaounde, is the only one I've experienced that provides the best luxury value for money without compromising quality and security. A total surprise and delight! This experience also explains why we are repeat customers."
