Absolutely fantastic place, very high standard of property. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2 minutes walk to the beach and bar with swimming pool. What else do you need on holiday?

I would recommend sunnyside apartments to everyone. Everything was great from accommodation to service. Place around is beautiful. One of the best place what we visit till now. Thanks to people on reception for excellent service😃

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very welcoming reception lady always a good start, who informed us that we were receiving an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, excellent start. The apartments have private parking outside the front door, a very large terrace and a garden at the rear. The complex has three pools and we had no problem obtaining sunbeds each day, the swim up bar is good for a cooling down drink and a beer is 35 kunas, not bad for a hotel. We were self catering so didn't try the restaurant however we did eat twice at the bar opposite the on-site supermarket which was very good. Zadar is 15 mins away and we used Uber to get there on a couple of nights which costs about 100-120 kuna. All in all great place for families. Overall very pleased with this chilled out well run holiday

Fun family place! Great accommodations ! Fantastic value . Only complain I had was that the aircon in master bedroom had an unpleasant odour when turned on . So I shut it and used the aircon in the hall.

Excellent accommodation!!
This apartment exceeded my expectations! I was sceptical about Hotels.com but this accommodation surprised me. Great value for money! Petracane is a lovely area. Local restaurants serve excellent and affordable meals for the lazy days. The supermarket had the best croissants! The sunsets from the poolside is magical! Definitely beter than Zadar.

Disappointing
The apartment we were allocated faced onto another block of 4 apartments. The whole resort is more like a compound than a resort... quite souless and no privacy. The unit itself had a largish living area with sliding doors across the front leading onto a patio with patio furniture - the cushions of which were faded and old. The main bedroom was dark with one tiny window and so small it hardly fitted the double bed. The kitchen was not well equipped - the knife was so blunt it was barely possible to slice bread. All in all not good value for money. I would not recommend this establishment.

Nice Apartments, in a lovely resort
Myself and Girlfriend fancied a last minute getaway to the sun and booked the Falkensteiner apartments. The apartment is airy and bright, and was exactly what we wanted. Its relatively spacious, apart from bedroom which was smallish. The pool area is lovely and sits right up against the Adriatic sea which is beautiful. There is a sand beach (uncommon in these parts) 150 Yards from pool area, which is great for kids and young families, and nice for a change of scenery from the poolside loungers. The area itself is quiet and calm, but has a few nice local eateries, as does the resort itself. We spent half of our evenings in Zadar so as to have more choice for eating and going for drinks. Overall food was excellent, especially fish options. Try Bruschetta restaurant or Tinel if eating in Zadar walled region, both beautiful. Wine was cheap and terrific, with staff in many restaurants giving advice on food accompaniment.

Great location - close enough to Zadar to visit without being in the hordes. Pool was much nicer than looks in the picture. Great to have space int he apartment, although the kitchen was very poorly equipped, making cooking difficult.

It rained every days during our stay. We didn't get a chance to use a swimming pool and dine in at the restaurant. We rent a car from the airport so we could commute to any places, the hotel location is pretty far from tourist sites. The staffs were very nice. The mini mart had everything we needed.

Nice weekend break
On arrival greeted by receptionist, was very pleasant. We were given information about our apartment and where to find everything. When we got to our room was very pleased, very modern and spacious for two. We found we had no bed linen or towels, so went back to hotel reception. Within ten minutes the guy (who was working alone that night) came up to the room with towels and bed linen and insisted on making up our bed. Very lovely. The next day the maid came round and cleaned our room and checked we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, room was comfy. On the last night we wanted to find a place to eat but it was pretty late, the receptionist recommended a place to eat, called to tell them we were arriving shortly and booked us a taxi for there and back. Restaurant was really good and we had the best meal we had over there. All staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable! Only thing I would say is that the location isn't in the centre of Zadar and taxis or a walk to the nearest bus stop is needed for the trip in to town.

Beautiful apartment but comes with hidden costs.
When we checked in, our room wasn't ready. They said they were arranging a room closer to the beach so we waited at there pool and ordered a drink until it was available. They charge an extra charge per person to clean the linens as well as for towels. Those are services that are usually implied when renting a place in my opinion. Also when asked about laundry services that they state they offer, they are astronomically high to use. I believe it equated to 7 dollars to wash one t-shirt. Great apartment, great location, but we had to buy our own towels which was slightly ridiculous.

It's a bit hard to find location but overall room condition was very clean. Dont forget towels otherwise you have to surcharge for that.

Vi kom I slutet av säsongen (september) Naturen, stranden och omgivningarna var vackra. Men området kändes dött. Det fanns inga turister kvar. Det fanns dåligt med varor i lokala affären samt många restauranger /glasskiosker som var stängda. Detta framkom inte vid bokningen. Kände oss lite lurade. Lägenheten var vi super nöjda med sant bemötande av personal. Det var rent och fint. Vi kommer kanske återkomma men utan våra tonåringar. De tyckte de var ett tråkigt ställe.

Très déçus de l’appartement qui est vieillissant et non entretenu. La porte d’entrée est toute gondolée, la salle de bain n’est pas fonctionnelle et est vétuste avec de la moisissure sur les joints de la douche. La chambre a une odeur d’égouts, et la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer. Au niveau équipement de l’appartement, il manque un micro onde, il n’y avait que 2 bols pour 4, 3 verres pour 4, il n’y avait qu’un petit fond de liquide vaisselle et le distributeur était cassé. Nous y étions que pour 3 nuits, nous nous en sommes donc accommodés. En revanche l’appartement est grand, les lits sont confortables et la piscine, le bar en bord de mer sympas. Aucune communication, on ne nous a même pas demandé comment s’était passé notre séjour. Bref ça ne vaut pas le prix élevé.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse auf der keine Sonnenliegen waren. Ich habe bei der Rezeption nach Liegen gefragt und mir wurden für nächsten Tag welche versprochen. Leider ist das nicht geschehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Haus gab es keinen Besen oder ähnliches ich weiß nicht wie man die Wohnung sauber halten soll wenn man länger bleibt als wir. Ein schöner Strand und Poolbereich ist auch vorhanden. Im ganzen ist die Anlagen zu empfehlen aber es gibt besseres für das Geld.

Dårlig vasket ved ankomst. Man må melde fra behov om rene håndklær (tidligst hver 3. dag). Elendig service på strandbar hvor de ansatte var mer opptatt av å prate med hverandre enn å betjene kunder. Elendig renhold på felles toalett, det tok minst 3 dager mellom hver overflatiske 'vask'.

Fin leilighet, nær strand, men dårlig mat, Det var ikke lett å finne stedet ved Google maps. Vi leide en bil og spiste ute selv om vi hadde frokost og middag inkludert, for at maten var veldig dårlig
