Dear guest,Thank you for your review, however we must point out that electric shut down during your stay is a result from some of your private electric appliance that was obviously malfunctioning, and the safety switch shut down the electricity to protect the system. Dear guest, We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your stay, but we must stress out that we dont advertise this property as having a pool, but our other property, Villa Madison***** has an outdoor pool. In converstaion with you we understood that you were looking at our Villa property but book this one instead, making this a mistake in booking from your end. Furthermore, we stress out that the Economy Double Room that you booked is our most basic unit, and clearly advertised as gorund floor unit near reception, so this information was available to you prior to booking your stay with us. You had an opportunity to book another unit type for a higher amount but chose the most basic one yourself, and our staff was looking to assist you in correcting this mistake, offering you to upgrade to a better unit, but not at an additional cost of EUR 100, but a total cost of unit of EUR 100,00, so having to pay only EUR 15,00 price difference to upgrade, so this was clearly a misunderstanding, where you didnt understand our reception staff. Distance from Main Square is also clearly pointed out prior to your booking as well as exact map location, so we must say this comment is also invalid from your end. Our numerous 10out of 10 reviews prove our high quality of service and units, but failing to book the right property or the right unit cannot be considered our fault. We feel its very unfair to point out as negative the mainetenance that is done, as it is an important part of maintaining high level of quality, and in this case, the maintenance which was done because of your request. At any point you could have contacted reception by the phone provided in your suite, about this issue. Our staff was more than helpfull about this issue. The statement that owner or anyone else is living at the property is incorrect, this property is profesionally maintaned and has no residences. We must point out that maintenance done in front of your room was done at 10am, not 7am as stated, in the usual maintenance hours. We also must note that you left without paying the minibar expenses so we kindly ask you to reach out to us to take care of these costs.

The elevator is being installed, and should have already been done, but the weather conditions prolonged the works for a while, as it is an external elevator and the works are being done on the back side of the building, so we will have this problem fixed very soon, within a month or two. As for the sun blocking system, all of our apartments are fitted with window shutters, that can be put down so the room is completely blocked from sunshine, that is why we dont have sun blocking curtains, but a system installed within the windows.
