The rooms were clean and a nice size for 2 people. One night stayed, before our flight was good.

OK, not brilliant
Good location to the business district. Shower was a trickle and could barely get hot water. Coffee and water was not replaced. Another guests dirty socks were in the wardrobe. No dressing gowns provided.

Hotel location made it really convenient to be in/out of downtown area in a 10 min drive. Staff was really friendly and provided lot of useful information and suggestion for a late dinner the date of our arrival.

Some good, some not so…
My dinner dining experience was very good, except for breakfast. I had to leave before breakfast and was asked if I wanted a breakfast to take with me. Why not? The sandwich (2) breakfast was a simply dry. It consisted of ham & cheese w/o butter or anything. A plain dry sandwich. Also the window in my bathroom did not have a curtain. The building close by was very close. Anyone in there could look inside my toilet area, I didn’t care for that., Other than that the staff were very pleasant and my dinner in the restaurant was delicious. So, I was very surprised with my breakfast takeaway.

Checking in late, I wanted to eat in the in-house restaurant, but because of the overwhelming cigar smoke from one of the other RESTAURANT tables (not the bar). I had to leave the premises to find another restaurant.

Well placed
This is actually a convenient location if you are travelling by car, close to main roads leading to airport and to the old town. Parking is excellent and inexpensive. Breakfast is quite good, if a little pricey. Rooms are good.

For all stay ( 7 nights ) I asked 2 times to clean My room and change beddings , it took them 3 days to do it , also rooms full of bugs which end up bit us … that was 5th times I was staying this hotel in 3 mounts , this time not happy at all …

Excellent modern hotel, sparkling clean with friendly, knowledgeable staff with helpful advices. Definitely will stay there again on our next trip to Croatia. I would recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

Excellent Service
Friendly and helpful staff, lovely meals and good beer! The City center is just a 15 min walk, 15 min drive to airport as well, quiet neighborhood.

A great stay experience
Very clean, very new hotel, you can reach to the center if you walk 20-25 minutes. Breakfast was perfect, reception was great, always helpful and kind. A very good place to stay in Zagreb.

Opened 4 months ago. Very clean and good size rooms. Good firm bed but pillows too soft for me! Food and drinks very reasonable for a 4* hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Not far from the bus station and the tram links. All in all a very nice hotel!!!!!
