"Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...

"It’s a very cosy place. I arrived earlier and the receptionist allowed me to check in to my room promptly. After check out, another member of the staff also found me a room where I could work for two hours. They also helped me find the right transportation, even the only one that didn’t speak English used Google translator to help me. The reception staff is the best. The room was small but comfortable, the shower excellent. The only thing that could improve is breakfast. But overall, a very good...

"Nice overall, but could be a lot better if they sweated the details. The rooms have nice balconies but no furniture. The spa fitness center has a nice hot tub, sauna and steam room, but no weights ir benches. The room is spacious, but there's no luggage rack. The bathroom has a hair dryer, but no shampoo. Etc."

"The staff (Joanna) was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable (nothing super fancy, but good in all the ways you need it to be). The breakfast was excellent - lots of selections and good quality. Very nice they keep the breakfast room open for coffee and tea all day. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast buffet was wonderful and catered really well for Gluten Free with gluten-free bread every morning! Professional staff who went above and beyond. Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning. Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint. "
