Very nice hotel next to the old quarter of Zürich and the station. Only complaint was a delivery from housekeeping that was very slow and when they arrived, they had the wrong items.

Loved this hotel. Very old but clean and renovated. Great front desk help and wonderful complimentary upgrade. Enjoyed the location as it was a 5 minute walk to the train station. Very close to great restaurants and old town, walkable to everything. Definitely recommend!
