"The room was stuffy as the AC was not on. When we mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately provided us with a fan for the room. Excellent customer service! Room and hotel very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet."

"The hotel and specially the breakfast buffet are very good, location is closed to attractions, unfortunately the street in front was under construction and on the (vacant?) Building 50 meters from hotel homeless people sleep on the street and smells like they urinate on floor. "

"The hotel staff was helpful, but we had issues with transportation. Uber not showing up, and Taxis, called by the hotel staff, not showing up. Solution ... just use the Metro. It's right in front of the hotel, it's clean, fast, and inexpensive. May have a few blocks to walk to your destination, but it works. Allow for walking time if you are trying to get to a tour on time. Hotel was clean, great bathroom and shower. Would stay here again!"
