"The Quarryman Arms is a wonderful experience. A beautiful Pub is on the main floor with rooms on various levels within the building. We stayed in a room in the basement that had so much charm. Little touches were appreciated, like two bottles in the honor bar that had tags saying, "This one's on us". The staff were great. "What an incredibly fun hotel. They have an entire city block of townhomes that have been integrated into one hotel. So it makes for an adventure down one elevator across a garden up another elevator. While that may sound problematic, it is not. It is so well done. Automated doors and lovely gardens. So impressive and so unique. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. "

"Super comfortable room for our family of four. Delicious breakfast downstairs each morning with friendly staff. Conveniently located near Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. We highly recommend the free mayor’s tour of the city with knowledgeable guides that walk you all around the sites and up to the Royal Crescent. "Pleasant stay at the hotel in a very large room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and accommodating staff. Some tweaks to the bathroom's cleanliness will make the stay more enjoyable. "

"The townhouse is in a fantastic location, very quiet and safe. The staff were super helpful and friendly. My only problem was that the smell of the cooked breakfasted strongly permeated my room and the staircase. "

Would definitely say its for families as opposed to couples though - several children there and if you are wanting to get away for peace and quiet although it still is very peaceful location its not the same as a couples retreat, especially when in the spa/swimming pool. We will likely return but with our two children - they would love it and we will as a family!"
