"The air conditioner was not working. The carpeting seemed clean but was old."

"The staff was great. None of the ice machines worked. Only one elevator working. Power outage due to an accident and they did not have a generator. There where bery limited towels at the pool. Some light fixtures where defective. Key cards didnt always work. There was no breakfast available for the fee but they offer snacks at the desk a charge.a car was stollen from the parking lot and there where no cameras there. "

"Inside: The property is very nice inside with a full 'fridge, a two burner stove, a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom and bed area are very nice with nice lighting (motion activated lights in some places). The sofa is a little awkward, both in placement and size (it is a very shallow couch, not really lounge-worthy). But the couch is the only complaint I have about the room. Outside: The property is in a developing area, so there is a lot of construction. However, there are also a lot of new...

"Stayed for the Bad Bunny concert and was so convenient that it was down the street of the arena. Walkable area in downtown. Rooms were clean and they gave a free water bottle!"

"Place is super clean ! The perks of the hotel ( breakfast and dinner options included with cost of stay) are nice ! Room was nice and big ! Clean !! Staff was super friendly ! Had to drive at least 14-20 mins for all the “Charlotte area things to do” however def worth it to stay in a clean nicely price facility with perks ! "

"Everything about the property was good the only issue for me was the pool , it was not as clean as it should have been u think the pool should be drained so the inner walls can be scrubbed and disinfected i wanted to enjoy the pool but couldnt because of the lack of cleanliness other than that i was satisfied with the hotel and other amenities."
