"Everything was efficient, told all information that we needed at reception. Comfy bed, but wish it was king size, very good breakfast, free parking in Gunwharf Quays by hotel. Walk out into shopping & restaurant area. Discount available at several local restaurants if you're staying at Holiday Inn. Tourist information at entrance & reception."

"We loved our room and most of the staff was very nice but there was one young lady who informed us they were no longer cooking food at 9pm even though the menu you said “Order Anytime.” No hours of operation were posted. We understood until she took a break next to us in the lobby and ate the very meal we were going to order in front of us! "

"Fab location on the outskirts of Winchester. Individual seating area outside ground floor room. Carpets into accommodation area were mismatched and decor a little dated. Room was great - comfy bed and matching furniture. Large comfy tea seater and complimentary tea/coffee/bottled water. Bath was narrow meaning skin made contact with shower curtain. "From the time we arrived until we left couldn't fault it..Staff were fantastic and very polite and helpful.. breakfast was freshly cooked. Anything we needed we just asked they couldn't help us enough fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend it "
