"The staff was very helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights for our little break. For a budget hotel it was superb, the unique thing about this hotel was their celebrity theme rooms and the whole decor in and out of the hotel was pretty unique. It is very much walkable from the Beach, Town centre and other attractions. If we are back in the city will definitely stay there again."

"This was a great place to stay to look around Portland. Easy bus access, beautiful walks. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was brilliant. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little tired in terms of decor in the bedroom, but it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was silent and dark all night, so offered an excellent 2 nights sleep. Will stay again."

"It adequately served our need - 2 nights in Poole. A second bed in the room made the room rather cramped with only one chair. On the plus side it meant that we had a ground floor room and so avoided the risk of my wife having to use the stairs in the event of the lift being unavailable. Breakfast was adequate and well presented. Easy access to bus station and shops. "

"We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but the staff worked hard to allow us into the room early. Upon return to our room after dinner, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom (as the extractor was blowing air in!), however Darrell noted the issue carefully for their maintenance team and moved us to another room immediately. Great service"
