The staff we’re very friendly and polite. Only thing was that the window didn’t open and the room we were in it was a little noisy at times due to the outer door being right outside and being slammed closed.

Room, bed and bathroom were very good. The restaurant was not open in the evening, so it was necessary to go out to eat. The hotel location was not convenient to shops and restaurants. The hotel should let it be known that only breakfast and afternoon tea was available for dining.
