"Great location - right in the middle of old town. The "front desk" was a little strange in that it was in the Tezoro restaurant. In fact that whole section of the street is Tezoro. But other than that all was good except we didn't have the TV remote - so no TV. But that really didn't matter because there is so much to do and see in Dubrovnik. "

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was lovely. The staff were very helpful and accomodating! If you have any mobility issues, there are 97 stairs up to the apartment! "

"Had a late check in so the manager contacted me and gave me a code to come and go, the room it's self was fantastic; right in the heart of old town but still quiet. The stairs were annoying but it's the city of stairs so it makes sense. I had an issue with the door on the day I was checking out, the app wouldn't let me open it. I contacted the manager and she reset it and did everything she could on her side, in the end the lovely cleaning lady came and let me in within a couple of minutes....

"Loved this place. Hotel people and driver waited several hours to pick me up and let me in my room, due to a weather flight delay.Nice, friendly, professional. Nice room, great location. I do want to point out that the European idea of a first floor apt is different from an Americans. My first floor apt was reached by a set of stairs, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay there again."

"A last minute trip change landed me in Dubrovnik and I couldn’t be happier. What a magical place, and my stay at Roko was a nice complement to my time there. The location couldn’t have been better to explore the Old City, access the port for trips out to Lukrom, etc. The caretaker was kind and efficient and, has been mentioned by others, the convenience of the discounted restaurant downstairs was a nice perk. I would stay again for sure."

"The place is strategic enough that we cant complaint at all. Getting to the place can be easier via Buza Gate. Coming from Pile gate maybe tougher :) Backpack is highly recommended unless you want to feel the challenge in bringing up your big luggage :p House can be better if the house odour is eliminated and sticky flooring. Other than that, everything was perfect and we will still recommend this place if you are visiting Dubrovnik! "

"First ill start off with some advice, if you arrive early go straight to the office, if you book through hotels itll be through an agent, whasappd them twice asking if early booking is available they said no, so i waited 4 hours til book in time got to the office for them to say they were waiting for my arrival an told me i could have booked in a 11 when i said id be arriving!!! Very annoying. Especially seeing as I spent near €100 waiting in a bar/resturant with my bags. But overall a good...

"The staff at Vivaldi were very helpful with all of the check-in and parking information. The hotel is at the top of the streets, near the north walls and the Buza Gate. They recommended the best parking and access to avoid as many steps as possible. A word of caution though, most of what you want to see is at the bottom of the street. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a lot of amenities. It was a lovely stay. "
