Stay was excellant but the sheets were a little dirty and they forgot the toliet paper the first night, they resolved it quickly. Not a huge deal. It is s a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning woked good. Super central to everything.

Perfect location near the pile gate in old town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff. Clean room. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs with our luggage but otherwise perfect stay.

The Villa Sigurata was an excellent choice for our honeymoon in Dubrovnik. It is located centrally within the city walls and close to everything. Our room, although smaller than preferred, was very romantic and perfect for a newlywed couple. But the most impressive part of our stay was how well Barbara took care of us. She picked us up at the airport and remained a reliable source of information as our own personal travel advisor during our entire stay. Her warmth and kindness made our time at the Villa Sigurate memorable and a home I would recommend to anyone I know.

I had an amazing time in Dubrovnik! Barbara was an excellent host. Very kind, attentive, and super helpful. I love my stayed at Villa Sigurata 2!! It was super clean, convenient, and right in the center of Old Town. I am definitely going to miss this place but I hope to come back soon. Thank you!!

Overall this is a great little hotel, in an excellent location and brilliant value. We had great communication before we got there. Really clean and well presented. Literally, the only negative was that if uou want daily room cleaning, it's an extra 7€ per day. We only stayed 3 nights, so not a big issue but expected this to be in the price paid like any other hotel I've stayed at.

Lovely hotel in old town and the owner Romana is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming and exceptionally helpful.

I cannot recommend this property enough. When I booked it, I was immediately notified on it's location, instructions on how to get there and contact information for them. My flight to Dubrovnik was cancelled due to weather and I was unable to connect to the internet to contact them. No worry, when we landed back in Munich, they had already contacted ME, wished me well and hoped to see me the next day! Upon arriving a day late, someone was there to greet me, give me my key, show me the room and take my contact information and told me to get in touch if there was anything I needed! They made me feel like I was staying at my best friend's house! The property is in the middle of Old Town, convenient to EVERYTHING! They offer private transportation from the airport. The stairs and desk area were always spotless. The room itself was beautiful and had more amenities than described on Expedia. I had a double bed, incredible A/C unit that was also quiet, a small refrigerator, a hot water kettle, tea and coffee, a hair dryer and iron and more than enough extra towels and bedding. Everything in the room worked well - hot water was immediate. Although noisy at night (you ARE in the middle of Old Town, so what do you expect?), the windows are double paned, and with the hum of the A/C. I heard no outside noise! I was contacted several times during my eight day stay to see if I had any questions or needed anything! I will GLADLY stay here again!

Romana was a fantastic host! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The location is perfect, close to everything in old town. The rooms are very clean ans well stocked. Very quiet rooms especially with the shutters closed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely stay here again! Well worth the price!

Excellent check-in. Romana and Nikolina were really helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely abs we were grateful for an excellent air-con! Location was amazing - everything within easy walking distance.

Amazing place to stay. If we needed anything we could text Romana. She saved us at least 15€ on our airport transfers. Close to everything. Great wifi. Stong air-conditioning. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
