"Nice hotel, in a good location for walking into the old town (20 mins), or heading west to walk the trail around Lapad. The breakfast buffet is extensive, plenty of options to suit many tastes (cooked, breads, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, pancakes/waffles, and more). I had dinner in the main restaurant once, which is a buffet again. Also plenty of options, and each night is themed around a food style (Dalmatian, Italian, etc.) Drinks are served at your table for both breakfast...

"Perfect spa hotel in amazing natural setting and close to Cavtat, the golf buggy rides on the hill were great for tired legs. The views top notch and the staff were fantastic. Great wildlife in the area too. Kingfishers, black squirrels, many butterflies and marine life. The breakfast absolutely wonderful."

"My stay in October 2024 was very good. I likely would stay here again. The breakfast was good and there were restaurants nearby. But, it did require a bus or Uber into the old town. It was not walkable. Also, the hotel seemed a little tired, in need of some updating. The rooms were clean, but not spotless. Also, the staff, though professional, were not particularly friendly. When asked a question, it seemed their goal was to get rid of me.... rather than to be friendly and conversational. "

"Nice hotel, rooms are much more dated than reception and key areas of the hotel. Noisy till late on the ground floor and did not enjoy that drinks were at cost at dinner (even water) and extremely overpriced. Spa was great but treatments are overpriced. Good variety of buffet food for breakfast and dinner but allergies not handled well at all - no nut labels for me as a nut allergy sufferer and staff were clueless about helping me which was disappointing "

"Booked because it was an adults only hotel. However there were small numbers of children there. Not against children but I wanted the peace and quiet which didn’t happen round the pool on some days. Other than that it was very nice. Externally the building is a bit tired the food was excellent throughout. "

"I "Adora" Hotel Amfora! This place was so perfect that as soon as I arrived, I didn't want to leave the property!!! I enjoyed fabulous customer service from the start when Miralem rescued me and transported my luggage to the Hotel! Then, the manager, Elio, made sure that My stay was superb! I even dined in the Restaurant for dinner and it was delightful! I walked along the Adriatic and watched a beautiful sunset! Happy in Hvar!!!"
