"Property is old. Not well maintained "

"If you are looking for a place that is centrally located and you never have to move your car… this is the place. Park your car and enjoy all that is within walking distance of the hotel. Food, fun and beach. Pier park is at your back door, beach is at the front door and you could door dash anything else you need. Dog friendly, family friendly and just all around great place to enjoy the beach. "

"We were excited as we pulled up to the hotel and saw what a great location we were in. Close to everything. Easy parking. When we entered, we were greeted with a welcoming hello from the front desk by BOBBY. He was kind and was so very helpful. He explained everything to us . Bobby was at the front desk every time we needed and even stay abit later to help us. I introduced Bobby to my relatives when I took 15 of us to coconut Charley's for dinner. I hadn't made reservations but the staff...

"This property is very clean and tidy. It smelled nicely throughout the property and our room. No smell of weed rank. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and out. We only got to stay one night because of weather unfortunately. We were promptly refunded the money for nights we didn't stay. I would've loved to stay longer. I would definitely come back for a longer stay. The only thing I didn't like is a ten dollar fee per night for parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"This condo is very nice. It just needed a deeper cleaning. Wonderful stay. Right on the beach is nice and i sure got a lot of exercise walking from parking garage to room. Out of 5 stars i give 4."

"The door frame to the condo needs to be replaced. It looked as if someone had busted in. Also, hang the wall art with a nail instead of Velcro strips, they would randomly fall off the wall."
