Small points to mention, towels are small, and we had no soap in the bathroom, toilet seat was dirty, had to wash it before I could use it. "Large shared kitchen with excellent facilities. Single bedroom had plenty of space and in the back of the property so quiet. Doors are noisy when they close. "We had 2 large rooms for a family break. Hosts were very welcoming and went that extra mile to make us feel at home. Tasty vegan breakfasts went down with group and the availability of the breakfast room during the day was also useful. Very comfy beds. Nice to see the various friendly rescue animals / pets. Location is in a quiet street which is a few minutes walk from regular bus services to city centre / pubs / food. We plan to return."

"Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable "

"Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 "

Far outweighed what we had expected. Excellent location with access to the marina and the fantastic Humber steet. Don’t be put off staying here by all the works going on around it, it’s definitely having a rejuvenation and is an up and coming area that will join into the marina area once the works are finished. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended. "
