"The Heritage Cairns is a good value hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops and cafes. Our room was large and had a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. There is ample off street parking and a nice little pool to cool off. The complimentary bottle of wine provided to us as VIP Hotels.com members was a good quality bottle of Pino Grigio. Very much appreciated. The staff were lovely and we were able to store our luggage until check in as we arrived quite early. Happy to...

"Loy, the desk manager was very helpful. He gave us a ground floor room when he learned of my husband’s disability. He also recommended a nearby restaurant, and called a previous hotel in an attempt to find a lost item."
