"Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again."

"The room was big. I had 2 rooms. I was able to use the kitchen to make deserts for a party. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, the common areas have a funny smell and the hotel needs to be updated. Things like carpets and tv are old. Front desk staff are very friendly and professional. "

"Clean, simple older style room. Wall A/C was adequate but would benefit from newer or more powerful AC. Room smelled of bleach, like being near a pool. Perhaps powerful cleaner. "

"Laid back little hotel squeezed into a tiny space between an excellent restaurant, another commercial property and the intracostal waterway. Our room was on the end closest to the street and a bit noisy, The hotel offers a nice continental breakfast daily and the use of bikes, kayaks, stand up paddleboard, and a huge hot tub/spa. They provide beach towels but if you want fresh linens you need to request that service. We were only there two nights and did not miss the linen service. Restaurant...

"Hotel overall was pretty clean . Rooms are a bit run down. Carpets are stained and there are patches of rugs in different places that are damaged. Walls are paper thin. Its a great hotel to stay one or two days but not more than that."
