"Our flight was canceled due to bad weather. We have stayed at this Hyatt Place many times in the past when visiting our family. It was convenient to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 1/2 hour beginning at 4:30 am! (We caught it at 5:30 am along with several other folks.) The driver even took us down to the end near the SWA terminal. "

"The hotel was basically fine. Nice large room. Some updating and repairs needed though. The elevator has torn up shabby carpet and the hallways smelled dank and moldy. I think the Sheraton needs to invest some money into the property to take care of these things. Not a major undertaking to replace some carpets and update. The restaurant was a bit overwhelmed and understaffed, but we finally got served by a lovely woman named Edwina who took really good care of us, she was a doll! "

"The hotel will be undergoing renovation in the Fall of 2024 and it sure needs it. Just old and tired, but the room was large and comfortable and the bar/restaurant adequate. My martini was $20 and small so I limited myself to only one. The enchiladas were OK but not traditional and very salty."
