"This is a beautiful hotel. The problem with it is that there is no way to open your window. We hit a very sunny warm week in Sweden and the room was stiflingly hot. We’re Australian and very used to heat so it was hard to sleep. "

"Loved my stay here for the Eras Tour! Also loved that they played Taylor swift’s music in the lobby for our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was also very good and they had gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy free options which was great. No complaints, would stay here again"

"We stayed in order to catch an early morning ferry. As such, it was great that we could charge our electric car overnight. Also, there has been no issue with the ordered breakfast boxes (we had to leave before breakfast was served). All food intolerances were catered for. The room itself was small and properly cleaned. "I really enjoyed staying here. It was near central station but just far e out away not to see it. Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the station but about a block away there are some lovely restaurants and shops. My room was very clean, the staff were terrific. And the lobby dining area was very cozy and inviting. And they feed you! Breakfast I expected, but fika in the afternoon and dinner was a plus.
