The hotel has a great location, especially for airport stays. The breakfast menu was excellent, and the modern rooms were comfortable. It has everything you need for a 2–3 night stay near the airport. Although it’s outside the city, it offers direct access to the airport mall with international food chains and shops.

Amazing rooms and breakfast services! If you have a long overnight layover, i’d fully recommend this hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Self-service for checking in and out were superb.

Amazing breakfast included with hotel Rooms are very tiny but was only there for a short night Had to carry suitcases to from airport. Go through departures level to the first hotel down one level and then out the back to this hotel

I often stay at airport hotels - and this was stand out. Noise levels/sound insulation were excellent (you wouldn’t know you were by an airport). The corner room I had was extremely spacious. The breakfast options were also excellent - and delicious - as was dinner.

Staff are amazing, stayed twice so far. They helped me with an issue with my suitcase. Breakfast is fantastic, rooms are comfy, clean great for familys. Very soundproof as my daughter is autistic so she can be loud at times. The older lady on the desk was very friendly. Definitely will be back! Check in and out with the machines it was very easy once you done it once.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food selection and the bread was amazing and overnight oats were nicely prepared like it was a fancy dessert. Surprised that it was very quiet and location is convenient although not inside the airport but just less than a minute walk outside of the sky terminal which isn’t bad unless it’s pouring rain. But we got lucky it was a nice snowfall. Would still recommend because it was clean and the bathroom had a rain shower which is always a plus and breakfast made it worthwhile

We were only here for one night before heading back to the US but it was great. It says that it is in the terminal but you do need to go outside and cross the street to get to the hotel but it is not far at all. The check in and out was a breeze. It is very close to terminal 5 which has plenty of food option if you want something different from what the hotel offers. The room was really nice, very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many option and everything was fresh and the staff were constantly clearing and making sure there was enough food since it was going quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Realized the room was missing a a hairdryer (and a bathmat) late at night. No phone to call the front desk went to the front desk the next morning with very wet hair and was promised to have a hairdryer in 15 minutes but nothing ever showed up. Had to leave for the airport with wet hair in below freezing weather. Room was otherwise fine/clean the breakfast had a good selection
