"Stayed for one night so limited review scope. Positives: Close to airport and rental car return. Good room rates. Room was clean apart from one item below. Air con cooled well. Double windows helped keep noise low. Generous with tea/coffee and cookies. Negatives: Coffee cups dirty, not washed. Shower hot tap handle fell off. Toilet floor tile adrift. Toilet - no air extraction. Occasional traffic noise - main road, close to intersection "

"Overall the stay was excellent! One comment on a possible improvement.... We left our pillows at the hotel and didn't realise till later on in the day we checked out. I called the phone number and left a callback message but never received a callback (perhaps I left the calback message incorrectly?). I then had a web chat conversation but after some time I was asked to call again or email. I emailed and received a phone call 1 1/2 hours and was able to arrange a pickup. My improvement...

"The Property is lovely and well located within walking distance of Prince Charles Hospital. The apartment is well equipped however it doesn’t have an inside dining table or any chairs (occasional or dining). We had to sit on the bed to watch TV and eat our meals. There was a misunderstanding on arrival however this was addressed by Management which was appreciated. Overall a pleasant stay and we would recommend. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here! We will be back! It’s the first motel in a long time that we didn’t need to exit mould the shower before using! The room was very clean! The garden patio was lovey! Good size tv! Ac worked great! Plenty of parking and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Only thing is these days motel beds are just awful. But these were ok! Overall I absolutely recommend staying here! It’s close to everything even if you’re walking! "

"Very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely view. Friendly staff. Handy to everything in Redcliffe. Only issue - and this not the hotel's fault - is the road can be a bit noisy at times. Its not terrible, but if you're a light sleeper, you might have issues. I wore earplugs and slept very well! "

"We would definitely stay at this accomodation again. For others out there just letting you know that from the domestic airport to here was $33.00 plus in a taxi. It advertises free airport shuttle but fails to mention that it is from accomodation to airport only. Also need to make sure you book that in advance if possible as they do a 6.30am run and a 7am trip. If full you will miss out. So if in doubt you could afford to pay more at a closer facility by at least $66.00. However- the reception lady was fantastic as was the dining room waitress. The food was lovely. The chef knows his job! On the whole this place is to be recommended but be wary about shuttle service. Very quiet after about 10pm. And yes - they do have room service for meals and wakeup calls so you can have a good sleep knowing the wakeup call will get you up. Enjoy. "
