Nice place to stay right by the airport. Across the road is a large mall of the outlet variety. but also Woolworths. It's cheaper to get an Uber than the shuttle bus. We would stay again.

The hotel didn't disappoint, checked in online, walking distance to shops, clean and comfortable room. A few things could be improved, the room needs to have alternative device charging ports, alternative only has wall sockets rust need a plug for charging phones

Staying at the Novotel Brisbane Airport was a much better experience for us compared to the Pullman or Ibis. Having Skygate right next door—complete with a Woolworths and plenty of dining options—was super convenient, as was the free, regular shuttle bus straight to the airport terminal. ​Service and food at the hotel's own restaurant were great. Plus, it’s only about 10 minutes away from Eagle Farm and Hamilton, which made getting to our show at KOOZA completely hassle-free. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Not very conveniently located though. Not actually close to the airport. Requires a $20 taxi ride. Although shuttle is available but it’s cash only and doesn’t run in the evenings.

Novotel was great for a one night stay after an international flight. It was clean and comfortable and room service food was fine. Note there was no shuttle available from the airport to the hotel in the early evening - Uber was available. Don't book the personalized transfer options.
