"This hotel is in a very good location. The view is amazing during the day and night. The room where we stayed was small but very clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with navigating the area. The walk to and from the hotel is very steep so if you have any issues walking then I would not recommend staying there. The hotel also offers a free breakfast during your stay as well. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you plan to spend most of your time in Tbilisi because...

"Good modern hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Though it is a bit of a walk up a steep hill from the centre. Good sized room with balcony with all that is expected from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast had a good selection, though coffee was instant rather that from bean."

Ot was a bit challenging to find the hotel, those due to it's official and real address, but the staff member explained me how to find them when I gave them a call. "One thing I absolutely love about this property is a breakfast. It is served on picturesque terrace on top of the building with a city view and very-very good in terms of dishes One thing I do not like is that after check-in I was put in the room with a heavy smell of smoke. Like somebody was smoking in the room. Staff provided me another room for one night and refreshed the air. I moved back, but cannot get why smoke smell could not be removed during regular room cleaning, without waiting for...

"I needed to sleep after a long day of strenuous travels, and kept waking up all night long from the sound of loud music. Otherwise, the hotel is cool."

"I stayed there a couple of times, the second time I was in a 'budget double' and it was a 'budget double'. Location is very good - about 10 min walk (downhill) to the old town, 5-7 min walk to the nearest metro station, 20 min by taxi from the airport. It's a great shame they don't start the breakfast until 08:00. An earlier start would mean there wouldn't be such a crowd around the breakfast buffet when it opens. Excellent view of the old town and city from the brekfast restaurant."
