The staff was great! The location was excellent and it also had a very nice parking lot next to the property. Breakfast was really good too, with a variety of food. The rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and professional. My first stay was in Tbilisi, and I encountered an issue with the cab driver who brought me from the airport. Always good to go to the Mercure. Close to the old town and amenities. It has the restaurant and the roof top. Would like the gym to open earlier than 0700 to accommodate before going to work. Good breakfast.

In all honesty, this Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Be assured that the rooms and hotel are actually as shoen in the pictures. I have Cleanliness OCD and I had nothing to worry about in this Hotel as room service comes daily and makes your room spick and span. The rooms, the food and the service were all 10 on 10. I recommended this Hotel to my relatives and friends. Its so convenient as it is in walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The service is very fast, you can get anything you want very easily as the staff is always on the go.
