"Nice hotel above the Sants station no problem for transportation to and from Barcelona city including Hop on hop off bus stop across from the hotel. Room is nice bright decor like the separate showers and toilet the only inconveniences was the A/C unit was pre set by the hotel it was on the warm side you have notify the receptionist to have the until turn down the temperature. "I appreciated the double sink and the quietness. The staff was not the friendliest I have encountered. Having to wait to pick up the key was not customer friendly either. One time I waited 7 minutes to pick up the key even though the staff saw me standing there patiently as they were checking in others. Did like the location since close to everything."

"Stayed for 1 night after our cruise before flying home. Perfect location and wonderful front desk staff. We booked a triple room and even with the extra bed we had plenty of room to move around. Our room had doors that opened onto a small balcony which was nice. We have been to Barcelona multiple times and will book here again! "

"A unique and nice hotel with super location to shopping, restaurants, and all of the excitement of The Rambla Area. Beautiful suite. The bathtub (and shower, in one) a bit difficult to get in & out as it was so high without a stool or handrail. The disappointing part is that the two elevators are extremely small and we got stuck in one; no lights, no power and no way to call for help. Front desk staff didn't seem terribly worried. They did not post a sign stating it was out of service. Not a...
