"Absolutely brilliant from arrival to departure.The only issue was my partner dropped me off for less than a minute outside the hotel main entrance and then had to pay £5 to drive out .We feel that whilst being dropped off there should be no charge for hotel guests. "

"Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."

"Rooms were clean tidy and spacious, asked for a cot and was delivered to room within 10/15mins. Breakfast was okay, could have been hotter however it’s a buffet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower was lovely and clean. We had noisy people above us didn’t complain as it’s a hotel with parties/weddings however I would have done had it gone on after 1am "

"Prooerty was set in a lovely Area, guest facilities are Many, some lovely places to have a lovely walk, staff where very polight, uniforms where clean neatly pressed and smart looking, reception check in was smooth and easy. There is limited Parking at busy times, the Lift has quiet Grindy Siund when it stoped at floor 1, noise seemed be under floor, but lift worked well, there was Wear and Tear to the lift walls and external Finishes, room was quiet, ary, nice bright, clean, had sml Coffee...

"It is in a great location very close to Birmingham New Stree station with a plethora of shops in the heart of Birmingham.I did not eat supper at the hotel but from what I saw their menu seemed limited. However you are spolit for choice of places to eat within a short walking distance from the hotel. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. "Great stay good location ! Complimentary drink voucher on arrival, beer or wine. Breakfast lacked meat gluten free sausage. Breakfast was hot and tasty with lots of choice. Room was spacious and comfortable, room cleaned and towels changed on a two night stay. Overall a great stay. "
