"Had a great time "

"We stayed 2 nights with 2 young kids. We had a blast outside with the wave pool, lazy river and water slides. The room was ok. Beds were comfy. The coffee maker was not clean and when we moved the side table to eat there was something gross on under it. Otherwise the place was very clean. Everyone was very nice minus a lady in the cafe. Overall great little staycation with the kids. "

"The home was beautiful, great decor, comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. We were there to go to the theme parks, they were easy to get to from the home. Traffic was a little crazy, but I think we were all going to the same place at the same time! Thank you for letting us stay!"

"Just don't rent from Grand Welcome. Key entry code we were given didn’t work, took 3 phone calls to get inside. Pool filter wasnt functioning properly, couldn't come until the next day. It was on but water was stagnant and not circulating. One sink was clogged up and not useable. We knew there would be a limited supply of toilteries but there was zero toilet paper to be found on our arrival. To top it off we went to grill and noticed it was locked with a bike lock. Grand Welcome said oh yeah,...

"This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. "

"The property may actually be quite nice, but we unfortunately never got to stay here. The owner of this particular town home at 4112 Calabria would not agree to a change the booking dates due to our (documented) medical emergency, making it impossible for us to travel over spring break. We would have taken any dates available a few months in the future when my son was well enough to travel again, but the owner refused any type of change for us so we lost out on all the money we paid for this...
