"Hard for handicap people to get into the building. The staff are great especially the operations manager. He had helped me bring my wife and luggage in as she is handicapped. He went himself the extra mile and I really appreciate it. The layout of our room was fantastic. The room had lots of chairs and a big couch to sit on. "

"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe.
