"This is an exceptional hotel due in part to its excellent staff. Congratulations to the hiring manager, they are wonderful, welcoming, friendly and happy staff. Always makes a stay better when staff are happy to be there. The rooms are a good size with plenty of room for suitcases. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is modern and shower pressure is good. Hairdryer is attached to the wall over the toilet so awkward when trying to dry hair. Should be on the other wall. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room. TV has English speaking channels. No fridge or safe. Airconditioning works very well. Really should be two chairs in the room when booking is for two, otherwise one person has to sit on the bed. Not comfortable when working on Laptop or tablet. Breakfast is complimentary and is continental only but a good variety. No cooked food. Location is great. A short walk to the train station and trams are directly out front of the hotel. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "

"Very friendly staff especially the food service staff. On the last night there we experienced a faulty toilet. When I notified the staff, she suggested we would have to wait until the next morning to get staff to fix it. No toilet overnight???? She eventually put us in another room. "
