Although there were a couple of hiccups with check-in -- the room was missing washcloths and TP when we arrived -- that was fixed promptly when we called the front desk. For the rest of the stay, we had no issues whatsoever. "First time in Chicago. This hotel was in a fantastic location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We had a suite and it was really nice, great floor plan as there were 2 beds and 2 bathrooms on opposite sides of the room, separated by the kitchenette and the living room, very nice as we had to share a room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but there was no gym and not a lot of hotel perks, but will stay here again."
