"Absolutely fantastic hotel. We arrived to be informed we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite room which was just fab. Every member of staff we met greeted us with a wide smile and were so helpful. Great location. Lots of public transport available close by. Brilliant area to be in. Walkable to BrickLane and Spitalfields. "Lovely new hotel. Modern and spacious rooms (we stayed in the King Art Plus room). Very clean and well maintained so far. Really comfortable beds and very large TV screen. Good amount of wardrobe space. Vegan and Cruelty free Kevin Murphy toiletries which is fantastic. Didn’t have the opportunity to try out The Brush restaurant or any food in the hotel - a few vegan/vegetarian options but not loads. "We love Bob W! It is clean, comfortable and cute. It even has a washer/dry in the room, which is a huge plus for people who want to trave light but want to wear clean clothes-- just I wish I knew it when I booked the hotel. It is also very considerate to provide the UK power adapter whcih is another huge plus. The only thing we don't like it the low water pressue in shower, and tube bottom is not flat and presents risk of falling when taking shower."

"The booking was made approximately 6 months in advance. We were required to change appartments midway yhrough our stay and were told it was due to renovations. However noted that new travellers moved into that apartment. We were inconvenienced and lied to and when we tried to raise concerns the fenale we dealt with was highly rude. Don't stay here!"
