"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the heart of Zermatt. It took six minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station and the location is perfect. You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. "This is a beautiful resort nestled in the Swiss mountains. Stunning views, amazing dining and one of the best spa’s we have ever visited. Kandersteg is quiet but you dont need to leave the hotel. Every need was catered for and we left truly relaxed. Will definitely return in the future!"
