Absolutely the best hotel! The location and views of the Matterhorn were spectacular. The room was beautiful, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had incredible homemade pastries, granolas, and more. We would not stay anywhere else now that we have experienced the Schweizerhof Zermatt!!

Bed was amazing, so comfortable. I never sleep well when I’m away but this bed was so great I slept very well. Hotel room was nice, spacious with a great view of the mountains. Staff nice and friendly.

Our stay in Zermatt

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is great and there is an excellent restaurant in the property. But because of the nearby construction, it is very noisy starting at 7:30 in the morning.
