The room had a spacious balcony terrace ( room 202) that had a Matterhorn view. The room had a comfortable bed and wonderful duvets. The room smelled of new wood and was spotless. The hotel is connected to Slalom Ski shop where you can rent skis and bring your skis directly to the ski locker room that the hotel provides as an amenity. The hotel is connected to a good restaurant with a wonderful staff. The restaurant also has a terrace outside with Matterhorn view. The hotel has an amazing spa with an indoor and outdoor relaxation pool, two saunas, snow room for cool down and two rooms for relaxation areas. The location is perfect to walk to ski lift, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and museum. An absolute perfect Location and amenities.

Excellent stay with kids. Staff friendly to kids. We had a lovely courtyard outside our room which was fun for the kids. The on site ski rental and ski storage was absolutely perfect with warm and dry mittens and boots in the morning. Easy access to ski bus. Really convenient for everything

Matterhorn View

(Stayed in a Matterhorn single and normal deluxe double.) Enjoyed the excellent view just from the room balcony. Located near the Kirchbrücke, the best view of Matterhorn is guaranteed in the Matterhorn view room only if weather permits. Walking distance to the train stations and supermarkets. Rooms are well equipped and clean. May return if I could. 日本人橋側でマッターホルンビューの部屋の眺望は街中で最高だと思います。しかし反対側の景色も素晴らしいですし、各部屋のテレビでウェッブカメラ中継が見れるので、マッターホルンが見えるようになったらすぐに見に行けます。設備・清潔度はOKでした。

Great option in Zermatt

Very comfortable hotel/spa with amazing views to the Matterhorn, both from the room and from the public areas. It was great starting the day looking at the Matterhorn or seeing the snow under the glass roof of the breakfast room and finishing it in a warm tub facing the mountain. Very friendly staff, central location; very good breakfast; restaurant was a life saver for a (very) late Sunday lunch. I would surely return to La Couronne and recommend it.

I choose the Matterhorn view room, it’s really good view from the balcony. The hotel provides a pickup service, so good for a luggage traveller. There is indoor and outdoor warm water swimming pools and spa, you can enjoying the Matterhorn view when swimming.

Everything at La Couronne hotel was amazing. The reviews and description of this property was spot on. We had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn and the beautiful town of Zermatt. The staff was friendly, the morning breakfast was simple and light, the Old Zermatt restaurant at the hotel was convenient. We had lunch & dinner there, the food was wonderful and staff was delightful. We had a massage at this amazing spa, both my husband and I agree it was the best massage ever! The spa facilities were amazing! Everything from a cold room, steam, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, and relaxation area. We were here for three days, but could have stayed a week! I highly recommend this property!
