"Clean and modern rooms and bathrooms.We did have to wait 20mins to get our room at check-in. Hotel is right next to the train station which is very convenient to get around the city."

"Very good hotel. Staff are very helpful and kind and the rooms were in excellent condition. Also not too far on the tram into the centre so is perfect."

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The strict early check in process was lengthy although I paid extra for it. They need to realize that a customer who have travelled far and is tired they need refreshment. so the staff needed to clean it up earlier espcially when I had contacted them early. The second issue was it was hard to get hold of hotel clerk over the phone from overseas."

"Staff was amazing. The location( near old town) and close to lake Geneva was great to visit the city. Free water taxis on the lake and free transportation was a plus. Tram stop just outside the hotel."

"Clean and comfortable, well situated for free bus into city (or 15 min walk). Only downside was Water temperature flowed hot and cold during shower. "
