"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"This was a nightmare of an experience. First of all, I was unable to communicate with the host at all. I had been messaging the host and had not gotten replies for over a month or so. Finally, when vrbo sent me the 72 hour before check in information, i was nervous about the still no contact from the host. i messaged and called with no answer. on the day i was supposed to check in i still hadn’t heard from them, literally hours before. i called vrbo and 2 different people had to call the host,...
