Very nice.

I was greeted with a warm smile. The rooms are nice, and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was very good, but a little expensive. The included breakfast was fantastic. If I’m ever in Andermatt again, I will surely stay there again.

This hotel was OK. There was no one at the reception desk when we checked in but they left our key out so that was ok. The room was very basic but clean. There’s not much to do in the town. We walked around but very few shops were open and there was mostly just restaurants. I needed to do some work but could not get the WiFi to work and there was no one to ask about it. Breakfast was included and it was surprisingly ample. Overall, was fine for our one night stay but we were hoping for a town with more to see.

It's an ok hotel. It's basically self-service, with your key waiting for you on a table upon arrival and you leave it there when departing. There's a bell that you can ring if you need service. The location is good, on the main street and about 10 minutes to the train station on foot. Breakfast was basic but fine. One half of the large bed had a sink hole, the other half was good. No elevator, no fridge, no safe, no tissues, tiny TV with many, many stations. I didn't have any problems, but for $200 per night, I wouldn't return.

Convenient comfy stay on scenic railway route

Chose room with shared bathroom, no issues with shared facilities, and we were happy walking up 3 flights of stairs. Lovely comfortable bed in warm room. Delicious breakfast.
