Fantastic experience with our 2 small dogs. Dog friendly hotel.The staff were very helpful and professional. Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. Beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. If you are coming by train, you have to do uphill for about 5 or 10 min. Sometimes, they can arrange to pick you up at the train station but get ready to drag your bag just in case. They have an elevator which is great for people with disabilities. The rooms are super cosy, although the bathrooms are newly renovated with a modern air. The sauna was amazing. Super super recommended.
