Had a great stay here. It’s brilliantly located opposite the railway station which suited me as I needed easy access. The staff were fantastic - everyone I met was very welcoming and helpful, especially when I arrived very late for check in. Would definitely stay again

Extremely clean and modern hotel in a fantastic location. We got off a transatlantic flight, took a 5-minute train, and the hotel is literally across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water, good AC, high water pressure, warm/huge bath towels, and great in-room amenities (chocolate, water, beer). We didn’t know about the electronic window shades (makes the room pitch black in the middle of the day) until we were checking out but they would have been amazing with our jetlag. Street noise is fairly minimal, and you’re walking distance to so many great cafes, restaurants, the supermarket, and only a short walk or tram ride to the old town. The staff were very friendly and kind, letting us borrow umbrellas and storing our bags, getting us free transport passes and changing towels on request. We were very pleased and would stay here again if we come back to Geneva!

Lovely, clean room. Helpful staff at front desk. Directly across from train station where you can get to and from airport in less than 10 minutes as well as around city. Less than 10 minute walk to city center bus station. Nice nespresso machine in room and a few complimentary items in minibar

Front desk was very helpful with info and directions throughout our stay and ordered us a taxi for the airport. We added the breakfast every day and that worked really well for us - it was great! The room was clean. Really great location - easy walk or public transit for anywhere we wanted to go.

The room was clean and comfortable with a decent shower. They offer free water bottles in the mini bar. They also have three plug types on the main desk so very useful if you've forgotten an adaptor. The only negative I would say is that there are no hooks whatsoever in the bathroom to hang your clothes or towel. And the storage/wardrobe facilities for your luggage or clothing is very limited. Okay for a one night stay but not for longer trips. Overall a great location, so convient for transport and not too far to walk across the water over to the old town. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.
