I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure.

Hotel was very nice & comfortable. In a great location. The only reasons why we did not give it a top rating was that internet was slow & spotty, and rooms were a bit dated. We really did enjoy our stay- the service/staff were impeccable!

The property was beautiful, the service was impeccable and the location was perfect for walkable access to trains and buses, old city and the waterfront. Great location, comfy bed, nice staff. The hotel is dated and not my style … but it was nice and really did the trick. I would probably shop around to try to find a more contemporary styled hotel, but if I don’t find one, I’ll come back. Usually I have stayed at the ritz which is definitely nicer but a little bit of a walk to the main shopping area. Overall … it works.
