"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "We stayed for one night prior to catching Bernina express. Hotel receptionist was very welcoming, we stayed in oldest room in Chur which is a curiosity and comfortable for the night. The hotel is being decorated hence 4star on condition of public areas. No disturbance though outside 8-5pm"
