"Staff were all lovely and happy to help. The beds were very hard, there was no air conditioning (as there is advertised). The rooms were very hot and you couldn’t sleep with the windows open as it was extremely noisy"

"Our room, a junior suite was quite large and surgically clean. Bathroom was very modern, large and with great water pressure. Staff was great. My only caution would be to comment that this is not an air-conditioned hotel in the usual sense. There is a system which can be set to lower the temperature in the room slightly, but we found it ineffective. If you're not comfortable sleeping in a warm room, this hotel might best be considered only in the cooler months. "
