"The jacuzzi was broken. The whole time. They ignored us basically. On the last day they refunded us the difference of the room for having a jacuzzi outside. But I would rather it have worked. Nice people overall. Food was good"

"We arrived at 11.30am so knew our room would be be ready. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist who immediately set about giving us our all inclusive wrist bands so we could start our holiday. She told us to head back after lunch when our room would be ready. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails ..."

"This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin.
