I have stayed in this hotel 3 times in 5 years, it is of a really nice standard and good value for money. It is never crowded and noisy. There is also the added bonus of the spa facilities. If you want to be in Palma city with a great outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a modern designer hotel this is the place for you. Breakfast is excellent - all the staff are every friendly and helpful.
Excellent location,good pool area. No information in room about hotel nor tourist attractions. Tv english language channels not available due to loss of signal.No attempt made to rectify problem.
Liked the all-inclusive aspect. Liked the balcony and the pool. Did not like that there was less than a foot of walking space between the bed and the wall, and the fact that the shower was so tiny, and used a curtain enclosure, so the curtain was always coming out and getting the floor wet.
