"We loved staying here. Right in the heart of historic Palma but so very quiet. Lovely little outside space to enjoy a coffee. The apartment was very well equipped and everything worked well. Only problem we encountered was receiving the checkin information despite many emails and texts requesting it. We didn’t receive the information until we touched down in Palma. Other than that a very pleasing stay. "

"Really nice area and the bus stop is right outside the room it's a 15 minute bus to Palma for 2€ each way. Clean room and smelt nice. Some of the towels had some stains so didn't use them and was left half a roll of toilet paper so had to go buy our own housekeeper came the day after with one roll after messaging the owner. Room could definitely use a mini fridge to keep snacks and cold drinks but that's my only comment. "

"Agréable séjour. Seul bémol, propriétaire contacté pour une difficulté de connexion au Wifi mais resté sans réponse durant les 2 nuits de location. La proximité de l'aéroport facilite l'accès (compter 15 de taxi). On entend le bruit fréquent des avions qui décollent mais sans que ce soit insupportable et c'est totalement logique avec l'emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport. Eau chaude dans le logement mais probablement une réserve sous-dimensionnée pour le nombre d'appartements et l'utilisation...

"Vu le petit prix du logement, il est évident qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à un hôtel 4 étoiles.Dans la chambre, il y a un grand placard, pratique. Un lit et des oreillers confortables.Vu que le logement est situé près de l'aéroport, il est logique que l'on entende les nombreux avions. Très bien situé près de nombreux commerces, plages, restaurants, Carrefour…La douche est vieillotte, mais le plus important, l'eau est chaude.Et, pratique, il y a une climatisation qui fonctionne.Juste pour y...

"Terrible experience overall. There was no email with check-in details or property information. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to send a wire transfer for an additional payment they called a “tourist tax.” I specifically chose Vrbo for the simplicity and security of booking and payment, but this property completely bypassed that process.I contacted the property manager through Vrbo and was told I needed to reach out to the property owner myself and coordinate this extra payment....
